Partial Planning
Our partial planning package includes everything involved in walking alongside our couples 6 months out from your wedding date. We take your vision and assist in continuing to choose and book vendors that you have not yet, organize and attend meetings, plan, design, collaborate and schedule meetings such as walk throughs, rehearsal dinners, and more.
This planning package allows couples to get a jump start in planning and booking their vendors then lets couples enjoy as they see the final touches come together in those last 6 months. This is for the couples that want to handle researching, scheduling meetings, and looking into booking their main vendors for those 6 months without a planner present but have them readily available for any advice, questions or concerns they might have.
This includes:
- Unlimited talk/text/email for your assistance
- Scheduling and attending any meetings/ Walk-throughs/ assisting in floor plans with in the 6 months.
- Contacting and Organizing vendors for booking and updates
- Make a timeline (Need a month notice)
- Run rehearsal prior to day of your wedding
- Managing Vendors Arrival day of the wedding
- Assisting in the set up and decorating of the venue
- Line up and cueing walk in for ceremony
- Managing the reception: Introductions, first dance, dinner, etc.
- Coordinate send off
