Monthly Planning
A month of planning is similar to day of coordinating but gives you more assistance the month prior to your wedding. Many times, couples and family members are burnt out with setting up everything themselves that they really need someone else to take over the last month before their wedding. The great benefit of this extra month of planning is the security in our expertise that the plans you are putting together will have the smoothest execution possible.
It gives the couples the control they want with choosing all their designs, colors, and vendors then gives the time to relax and enjoy the month going into their wedding. WeddAssist comes together and assists you in tying up any loose ends or details that may need addressing. This could be something as simple as assigning family member to cover small details like cake stands or as complex as to booking a last-minute vendor with unexpected last-minute cancelations. The month of planning also includes a meeting and walk-through of the venue for the floor plan of your venue set up.
By giving Laced Events more time to assist you in all the details going into the wedding, it gives couples and family members a chance to create other fun and exciting memories without stress or worry. By trusting a professional to give you updates, reminders and an assisting hand in little, last minute details you may have forgot in the chaos, it takes the pressures off your shoulders and on to ours. This includes:
- Unlimited talk/text/email for your assistance
- Attending any meetings/ Walk-throughs/ assisting in floor plans within the month.
- Contacting and Organizing vendors for updates
- Make a timeline (Need a month notice)
- Run rehearsal prior to day of your wedding
- Managing Vendors Arrival day of the wedding
- Assisting in the set up and decorating of the venue
- Line up and cueing walk in for ceremony
- Managing the reception: Introductions, first dance, dinner, etc.
- Coordinate send off
