Our full planning package includes working, designing, collaborating, visiting, scheduling, organizing, booking and executing every detail put together for your big day.
This is the package for you if you are an engaged couple that doesn’t have time to spare or merely don’t enjoy organizing, scheduling, or stressing over communications with vendors. From the very beginning of the planning process to the sendoff, WeddAssist will be there helping create your perfect vision, design, timeline, to fashion a seamless day!
Do you simply want to enjoy your year of engagement and not have to worry about ordering, scheduling meetings and walk throughs, organizing or communicating with vendors? Simply bring us your dreams and desires, and let WedAssist takes charge in finding out exactly what makes your special day perfect and make it come to life right before your eyes.
This includes:
- Unlimited talk/text/email for your assistance
- Scheduling and attending any meetings/ Walk-throughs/ assisting in floor plans a year out.
- Organizing orders and store extra décor’, plate wear, etc.
- Contacting and Organizing vendors for booking and updates.
- Make a timeline (Need a month notice)
- Run rehearsal prior to day of your wedding
- Managing vendors arrival day of the wedding
- Assisting in the set up and decorating of the venue
- Line up and cueing walk in for ceremony
- Managing the reception: Introductions, first dance, dinner, etc.
- Coordinate send off
